Chandrika Tandon
Chandrika Tandon is a renowned global business leader, a Grammy-nominated artist, and a humanitarian. As one of the youngest partners at McKinsey & Co, she later founded Tandon Capital Associates, advising over 40 financial institutions worldwide. Chairing the Board of NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and serving as a Trustee at NYU and NYU Langone Health, she is deeply involved in academia. Her philanthropic efforts extend to benefit Educational Institutions, musical concerts on international stages, and she has been bestowed with the prestigious award -NYU’s Gallatin Medal. Chandrika’s musical passion is evident in her nonprofit label, Soul Chants Music, with five albums, including the Grammy-nominated “Soul Call.” Recognized for her leadership, integrity, and contributions to science, she is a distinguished alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Madras Christian College. Chandrika is currently actively involved in developing the MCC Boyd Tandon Business School in Chennai, India.

Dr. P. David Jawahar

Dr. P. David Jawahar has an MBA from the Bharathidasan Institute of Management and a PhD from the University of Madras. He has served in premier institutions like NIT Trichy, Bharathidasan Institute of Management, University of Madras and XIME. He has served in leadership positions in several institutions, including as Registrar at the University of Madras. An avid researcher, he has published several noteworthy articles and conducted several research conferences. He has trained numerous management personnel from several topnotch MNCs. With over 30 years of experience in industry/ academics and research, he now heads the MCC BTSB as its Director.
