He has served in leadership positions in several institutions, including as Registrar at the University of Madras. An avid researcher, he has published several noteworthy articles and conducted several research conferences. He has trained numerous management personnel from several topnotch MNCs. With over 30 years of experience in industry/ academics and research, he now heads the MCC BTSB as its Director.

He is passionate in Mentoring Management Students and has experience in designing and delivering Management Development Programs.
