Instructions for PGDM Application

Applicants are advised to follow the steps below to complete the PGDM admission process. Ensure all fields are filled accurately and all documents are uploaded in the prescribed format.

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Basic Information

• Enter your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, nationality, Aadhaar number, gender, blood group, community, and religion.
• Upload a recent passport-size photograph in the specified format.

Step 2: Parent/Guardian Details

• Provide parent/guardian names, mobile numbers, occupations, and email addresses.
• Enter annual family income as required.

Step 3: Address Details

• Fill in your complete communication address:
  city, state, postal code, and country.

Step 4: Academic Details (10th & 12th)

• Enter school name, board, year of passing, study mode, and marks obtained.
• Upload 10th and 12th marksheets for verification.

Step 5: Undergraduate (UG) Details

• Enter course, specialization, institution, university, year of passing, and current academic status.
• Select your grading system (Percentage/CGPA/Grade) as per university rules.
• Input semester-wise subject names and marks.
• CGPA will be calculated automatically.

Enter grades and points exactly as printed on your marksheet.

Upload consolidated UG marksheets in a single PDF file.

Step 6: Postgraduate (PG) Details (If Applicable)

• Enter PG course details similar to UG: study mode, course, institution, specialization, year of passing.
• Define your grading system as per PG regulations.
• Enter semester-wise marks and upload all PG marksheets.

Step 7: Entrance Exam Details & Declaration

Provide entrance exam name, roll number, year of appearing, result status, and percentage obtained.

Complete the declaration and submit the form.
