MCC BTSB Student Outbound Programme are designed to provide students with practical exposure to leadership development through structured experiential learning. The programme was conducted at Breakthrough, Hosur, Camp Revive. Over two immersive days, students engaged in high ropes, zipline, low-ropes, social styles workshops, and team challenges. Each activity ended with deep insights into transforming learning into practice.
The session started with something cool: budgets aren’t just about numbers. They’re what hold government departments together, helping everyone work toward the same goals. This involves things like how the cabinet is set up, how different teams work together, cooperation between departments, and the levels of power within governments.

This session provided a solid platform for the concepts of Strategic Management, with adequate emphasis on the practical relevance of strategy in today’s competitive environment.
Mr. Raimund Grafe recently conducted a masterclass at MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business, offering deep insights into governance, public policy, and the role of business leaders in policy-making. He compared the government to the superstructure of a boat and administration to its machine room, highlighting their interconnected roles.
