The Leadership Dialogue Session, held on Friday, 29th August 2025 at MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business, was a fantastic event, where Mr. Joshy Thomas, Head of HRD at Hyundai, shared valuable insights on the topic “Future Ready: The Skills That Will Define Your Success.”
On September 4th, 2025, the MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business was honored to arrange a dynamic leadership conversation with Mr. Kumaran C, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Wezume. The meeting was initiated interactively, and Mr. Kumaran challenged every individual in the room to make self-introductions. This modest yet considerate gesture produced a convivial atmosphere wherein all the attendees were put at ease and willing to engage.
On 8th September 2025, MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business had the privilege of hosting Dr. Paul Tagore, a passionate scriptwriter, dramatist, and expert in human resources and strategic management. He currently serves as the Group Advisory Director at BB Group of Companies.
On 06/08/2025, students at MCC BTSB had the opportunity to engage in a leadership dialogue with Mr. Rathinavel Rajan, the Regional HR Head for the Asia and Mediterranean Region at Ball Corporation. He began the session by asking, “What are your expectations from this dialogue with me?” prompting enthusiastic questions and responses from the students.

On 18th March 2025, MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business organized an interactive Leadership Dialogue with Dr. Raghu Sundaram, Senior Vice Chancellor and Head of Global Strategy, New York University. The interactive session gave PGDM students lucid information on global business trends, leadership, and the changing face of management education.
