Dr. T.S. Muralidharan

OVERVIEW

Dr. T.S. Muralidharan comes with rich working experience in Manufacturing, Service, IT, ITES & Healthcare in reputed Indian corporates and MNC’s (US & UK) in the entire gamut of Human Resources and Industrial relations functions.

He is passionate about imparting managerial skill to B schools through teaching and mentoring. He has expertise in designing and delivering Management development programmes, HR consulting for SME’s and Higher Education Institutions.

Education

His academic qualifications include B.Sc. (Physics)., MBA., BL., MSc (Psychology) and Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Computer Management, Labour Laws, Human Resources Management and Training & Development.

EXPERIENCE

He grew in the Corporate career from the position of Management trainee and reached the level of Chief Human Resources Officer. His academic background includes teaching stints at National Institute of Technology (Trichy), Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneurial Development, University of Kerala, Asian School of Business (Kerala), XIME(Chennai) and Karunya School of Management (Coimbatore).
