Dr. Deborah Sharon has pursued teaching out of passion and has over 15 years of experience in the field. She holds an M.B.A., M.Phil., NET, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Madras. She is a continuous learner and has got MOOC certificates from NPTEL and Coursera. She teaches general management and HR subjects. Her research interests encompass digital HRM, workforce agility, work engagement, and techno-stress. She has published articles in Scopus/SCI indexed journals demonstrating her interest in research and sharing knowledge. She has reviewed articles for reputed journals published by Inderscience, Springer and Emerald in her research journey.
