Dr. Anu C. H. is a highly accomplished academician, researcher, and certified trainer with a Ph.D. in Management from VIT University and over a decade of experience spanning academia, research, corporate IT, and professional training. Currently serving as Assistant Professor & Area Chair – Business Analytics at MCC Boyd-Tandon School of Business, Madras Christian College, she leads academic initiatives, curriculum design, and industry collaborations, including facilitating the Infosys Springboard–MCC partnership and securing ATAL Online FDP funding from AICTE for a national-level programme. A specialist in business analytics, digital marketing,
consumer behaviour, and data-driven decision-making, she is proficient in IBM SPSS, R, AMOS, Power BI, Tableau, Python, NVivo, and other advanced analytical tools. As an AIMA BizLab Business Simulation Trainer, she delivers experiential learning through strategic simulations to develop managerial skills. Her research credentials include multiple ABDC- and Scopus-indexed publications, a granted utility patent for a Data-Driven Consumer Behavior Analysis System, and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. She has conducted impactful faculty development programmes, corporate workshops, and cross-cultural
training in areas such as AI for text mining, business intelligence, and data visualization. Recognized for academic leadership, research mentorship and strengthening industry linkages, Dr. Anu is passionate about bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations through hands-on analytics, simulation-based pedagogy, and interdisciplinary research for business transformation.
